PLAY

General Rules

• Players will start with 10,000 in tournament chips.
• On-Site Registration for this event begins two hours prior to event start time and ends after Level 2.
• Alternates and late sign-ups for this event will be allowed to enter during the first two (2) Levels.  Late sign-ups that requrie a new stack of chips to be placed on table will have the equivalent of the small blind removed from their stack for every twenty minutes that has elapsed.
• Each Level will last twenty (20) minutes.
• Ten minute break after Levels 3, 6, and 10.
• Approximately one (1) out of every five (5) will win a $1,100 Entry into the DOUBLE PLAY Poker Tournament, August 1 - 3, 2010.  Entries are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. Players that have already entered or won a seat will be paid $1,100 Cash via Winner’s Letter. Residual cash will be paid to player who finishes next behind Entry winners.
• Tournament Director or Floor decisions are final and without recourse.
• Borgata Management reserves the right to alter, change or cancel this tournament. Borgata will not be held responsible in the event of typographical errors or misinformation on the website or printed material pertaining to this event, and players will have not claim in these matters.
• Borgata management reserves the right to break tables out of order, break table(s) at any time and take whatever measures it deems necessary, including hand away penalties and escalating to tournament disqualification, in order to preserve the integrity of the tournament.
• This is a one-day event.
• Seating may be limited. 
• Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholdings.
