BORGATA GIFT CARD POLICY

APPLICABLE TO ALL BORGATA GIFT CARDS (physical, email and print version):

  • Comp Dollars cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for gaming purposes.
  • Gift cards cannot be reproduced; any attempted reproduction will render the card void.
  • Borgata is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Borgata Gift Cards do not expire.

 

EMAIL GIFT CARDS:

  • E-Gift cards require the gift recipient and purchaser to have a valid and active email address. 
    • The purchaser will receive a confirmation email. 
    • The e-card recipient will receive a gift card email with a barcode. 
    • If an email is not received by either party, please check your SPAM box first.
  • A convenience fee of $1.00 will be charged for each transaction. 
  • E-Gift card email with barcode must be presented either via phone or printed hard copy at Borgata for redemption.
  • Please safeguard your E-Gift Card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. If your E-Gift Card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our records via a physical gift card of which the purchaser will be responsible for shipping charges or replacement card can be picked up at the concierge desk at Borgata. Your E-Gift Card number is required for all inquiries.

PRINT AT HOME:

  • Print-at-home gift cards require an active printer to be connected to your computer at time of purchase. Please check that your printer is plugged in and has ink and paper ready.
  • Print-at-home gift card with barcode must be presented at Borgata for redemption.
  • A convenience fee of $1.00 will be charged for each transaction. 
  • Print-at-home gift cards cannot be reprinted.  In case of a printer or web browser malfunction, please call Borgata Customer Care at 609.317.7900.
  • Please safeguard your print-at-home gift card number. The bearer is responsible for its loss or theft. If your printed gift card is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our records via a physical gift card of which the purchaser will be responsible for shipping charges or replacement card can be picked up at the concierge desk at Borgata. Your E-Gift Card number is required for all inquiries.

 MAILED (SHIPPED) GIFT CARD:

  • Borgata ships from its Atlantic City location using UPS as its preferred carrier.
  • Allow 2-3 BUSINESS days for card processing IN ADDITION to the shipping time.
  • If overnight or Saturday delivery is required, please call Customer Care for additional shipping costs.
  • For security purposes we are only able to deliver within the United States and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • A signature is required on all Gift Card deliveries over $499.
  • Gift Cards are shipped Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays).
  • Gift Cards orders received after 3:00 p.m. ET will be fulfilled the next business day. (For example: a Next Day order placed at 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday.) Ground shipments may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive at the delivery address.
  • For immediate delivery, you can email a gift card or choose the print-at-home option.
