This Italian restaurant brings the experience of both an enoteca (a regional wine shop) and an osteria (a local casual restaurant) to Atlantic City, serving dishes that range from quick bites to multi-course meals in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Kalt's menu draws inspiration from his time living and traveling in Italy and includes mouth-watering dishes popular throughout the country from Neapolitan-specific specialties (carbonara with spaghetti, bacon, and egg) to classic Italian-American favorites. Guests can also indulge in the fresh Burrata Bar, which features handmade burrata, salumi, and freshly sauteed vegetables.
