OFFICIAL RULES

1. MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER. MUST BE A MY BORGATA CARDHOLDER TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

   TO ENTER:
   Visit www.theborgata.com and fill out contest form completely to enter. Entry period begins Monday, December 3, 2012 at 10:00:01 a.m. EST and ends Thursday, December 20, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. One entry per person. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of winning and will be disqualified.

2. PRIZES: Grand prize: One grand prize winner will be selected. Prize package includes roundtrip coach airfare for two departing from Philadelphia to Los Angeles from Sunday, January 6, 2013 to Tuesday, January 8, 2013, two tickets to the Los Angeles Premiere of GANGSTER SQUAD on Monday, January 7, 2013, standard overnight accommodations for two nights, and dinner for two before the premiere on June January 7. Must possess valid credit card for hotel incidentals. Guest of winner must be 21 or older. All other meals, taxes, ground transportation, upgrades, and gratuities are not included. Approximate retail value is $2,000.

   Runner-up prizes: Two runners-up will be selected. Each will receive two tickets to an advance screening of GANGSTER SQUAD at Borgata on Thursday, January 10, 2013 and overnight accommodations at Borgata in a Classic Room. Must possess valid credit card for hotel incidentals. Guests of winners must be 21 or older. Tax and gratuity not included. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

3. ELIGIBILITY:
   Must be 21 years of older and must possess valid ID. Must be a My Borgata Cardholder. Any entry with a forged or invalid account number will be disqualified. Associates of Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa are ineligible to participate.

4. WINNERS:
   Winners will be drawn on Friday, December 21, 2012 and contacted by a Borgata marketing representative.  Winners will also be posted online at www.theborgata.com  

  Gangster Squad opens in theaters nationwide on Friday, January 11, 2013. Management reserves the right to change or cancellation.
