Philadelphia-based chef, Michael Schulson, has founded a multitude of restaurants and bars in the area. Inspired by his time living in Japan, Schulson created a dining experience that celebrates traditional Japanese culture with classic dishes, an expansive sushi menu, and a vast assortment of sake. Izakaya is Schulson's contemporary interpretation of Japanese fare in a sensual, upscale atmosphere.
