As Executive Pastry Chef of Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Chef DuBois oversees pastry and bread production for both the AAA Four-Diamond Borgata and Water Club hotels including its in-room dining programs, banquets, catering and special events, in addition to the award-winning Borgata Buffet, Borgata Baking Company, Bread + Butter, and Metropolitan Café. An esteemed graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, DuBois formerly served as the Executive Pastry Chef at The White House during the second term of the 43rd President of the United States, George W. Bush.
