Executive Pastry Chef Thomas Vaccaro brings his culinary expertise to Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. He has spent his award-winning career innovating the world of pastry. Chef Vaccaro was named National Pastry Chef of the Year in 2004 by the American Culinary Foundation. In 2005, he became Dean for Baking and Pastry Arts Education at The Culinary Institute of America where he managed kitchens, facilities, bakeries, and restaurants. His work includes collaborating with the Royal Family and recipe development for Hershey’s Chocolate World in Times Square, New York.
