What is the Occupancy Fee?
The State of New Jersey imposes a fee of $5.00 on every casino hotel room booked in Atlantic City.

What is the Resort Fee?
A $15 dollar nightly fee is charged to each guestroom. This resort fee allows guests a seamless basic WiFi connection throughout property as well as complimentary access to the fitness center. We are proud to offer the best amenities with one of the lowest Resort Fees in the Atlantic City market.

Can I change or cancel a hotel reservation online?
No, at this time reservations cannot be changed or cancelled online. Please call 609.317.1000 for assistance. We welcome your call 24 hours a day.

Do I need to provide my credit card information to book a hotel reservation?
Yes, a credit card is required to book all reservations at Borgata and The Water Club. Online transactions are processed through a secure server, which encrypts the credit card information, protecting your information from being disclosed to third parties. If you prefer to provide your information directly to one of our Customer Care Representative, they can be reached 24-hours a day at 609.317.1000.

What is Borgata and The Water Club's cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made by 9 pm prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made after 9 pm will be charged the first night's room and tax. To cancel a reservation, call 609.317.1000. This policy will also appear on your confirmation email.

If I don't arrive at the hotel as scheduled will I incur any penalties?

A one night deposit is charged at the time of reservation. Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 9pm the day prior to your arrival so that you do not forfeit your deposit.

Do you offer special rates to groups?

To be considered a group booking you must reserve 11 or more rooms. Please contact our sales department to make arrangements for your group. They can also be reached via e-mail at meetings@theborgata.com or by calling 609.317.7729 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Special rates may be available for groups with 50 or more rooms.

Do you offer any other discounts?

Sunday - Thursday we offer AAA/AARP and Government discounts, excluding holidays and blackout dates. Please call 609.317.1000 to check for availability of those rates.

What are the check in/out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm Monday-Saturday, 5:00 pm on Sunday. Check-out is required by 11:00am.

Do you have a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?

Yes, customers must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a hotel room.

Can I reserve connecting rooms?

Both Borgata and The Water Club have a limited number of connecting rooms. Requests can be made by calling 609.317.1000.

Can I bring alcohol in to Borgata or The Water Club?
Alcoholic beverages brought into the hotel for personal consumption will be limited to one six (6) pack of beer or one bottle of wine per hotel room. Liquor used to make mixed drinks will not be allowed into the hotel. Customers are permitted to bring only "personal size coolers" to their rooms.

Are babysitting services available?
Babysitting services are available. Please contact the concierge desk for specific details at least 48 hours prior to your arrival for more information.

Are pets permitted at Borgata or The Water Club?

No, pets are not permitted, however Service animals are permitted to accompany customers. Please call 609.317.1000 for more information.

What services do you offer to those who have special needs or disabilities?

Both Borgata and The Water Club have rooms designed to cater to meet special needs. Room features may include wider doorways, lowered light switches, support bars in the bathroom, closed caption televisions and door beacons. TTY is available upon request. Scooters and Wheelchairs are also available.

Do Borgata and The Water Club offer internet access?

Yes, both Borgata and The Water Club offer internet access.

Are The Water Club amenities open to the public and customers of Borgata?

The Shoppes, the Sunroom Lounge and Immersion are available to the public. All other amenities, including the Pools, are exclusively for customers staying at The Water Club.

Does The Water Club offer casino gaming?

The Water Club does not offer casino gaming, however casino action is mere steps away centrally located for enjoyment by The Water Club and Borgata customers.

Are there pools at The Water Club and Borgata?
Yes, Borgata offers an indoor pool with a large outside garden terrace for the enjoyment of both customers staying at Borgata and The Water Club. The pool at Borgata is available to customers upon acceptance of their room key and until the pool closes on the day of departure. The Water Club offers two indoor and two outdoor pools, each offering a distinct experience with comfortable lounge chairs. Access to these pools is exclusive to registered hotel guests of The Water Club 21 years of age or older effective. These pools are available for use after 3:00pm on day of arrival Sunday-Friday, after 4:00pm on day of arrival on Saturday, and until the pools close on day of departure. A valid room key and wristband will be required. The lap pool at Immersion Spa at The Water Club is accessible to customers of Immersion only.

How do I find something I've lost or forgotten?

Assistance in finding a lost or forgotten item is available at the Security Podium on the Casino floor. Hours of operation are 9 am - 4 pm daily. Contact a helpful Lost and Found team member at 609.317.7443.

Do you require an authorization on my credit card for incidentals?

Yes, a major credit card is required at the time of check-in. Your credit card will be authorized for $150 for each night of your stay to care for any incidentals that you may charge back to your room such as dining or spa services.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on the availability of the hotel. Please check with the Front Desk at the time of your arrival to determine if a room is available. Our Bell Staff will be happy to hold your luggage until your room is available. Before retiring for the night please press the Front Desk button on your telephone to determine if a late check is available.

What if I need to send or receive a package while I am staying in the hotel?

Can I purchase a gift card to be used at Borgata?

Yes, you can purchase a Borgata gift card that can be used for anything at Borgata. Gift card must be presented in person at the time of purchase. Gift cards may be purchased online or by calling 609.317.1000.

How do I make a dining reservation?
You can make your fine dining reservation online or call Customer Care at 609.317.1000. Dining reservations are accepted at the Borgata's fine dining restaurants Izakaya, Old Homestead Steakhouse, Bobby Flay Steak and Wolfgang Puck American Grille (only Main Dining Room, not at The Tavern.)

Can I change or cancel a dining reservation online?
No, at this time reservations cannot be changed or cancelled online. Please call 609.317.1000 for assistance.


What is offered at Spa Toccare at Borgata?
Spa Toccare is located on the 2nd floor of Borgata. Here, you will find a European spa with 31 treatment rooms and a full service hair salon and barbershop. Spend an hour or the day, Spa Toccare will revitalize you with relaxing treatments guaranteed to renew and refresh. What is offered at Immersion Spa At The Water Club?

Immersion, our two story spa in the sky is located on the 32nd floor. Here, you'll find 360 degrees of floor-to-ceiling water views and treatments tailored to loosen tension. Immersion's 16 indulging experience rooms offer a wide variety of comprehensive spa services including luxury skin care, conditioning body wraps & scrubs, ayurvedic therapies and multiple massage modalities. Do I have to be a customer at The Water Club to use Immersion Spa?

No. Immersion is available to customers of both The Water Club and Borgata. Customers who are not registered at either The Water Club or Borgata are welcome to book experience appointments based upon availability.

What is the Spa cancellation policy?

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so by 9pm the evening before your appointment. There is a 100% charge for cancellations later than 9pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment experience time will be shortened accordingly; and you will be responsible for payment in full. If you arrive more than five minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the appropriate fee applied to your credit card. Cancellations for groups require 72 hours notice.

Do you have a workout facility?

Both Borgata and The Water Club offer a complete workout facility which is available to our guests for a daily access fee. Appropriate gym attire, including athletic, closed-toe, rubber soled shoes and shirts are required.

Do I have access to the pools at Borgata or The Water Club?
The Borgata Pool and Gardens area is available to registered customers of Borgata and The Water Club.  The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required.  The indoor and outdoor pools at The Water Club are restricted to registered customers of The Water Club who are 21 years of age or older.  The lap pool at Immersion is available for use by customers who have spa appointments at Immersion.  Borgata Outdoor Pool is restricted to The Water Club or Borgata hotel guests who are 21 years of age or older.

What are Comp Dollars?
Comp Dollars are equal to one regular dollar, and you can spend it (like a regular dollar) on food, rooms, bars, spa and entertainment at Borgata. Comp dollars can also be used at our retail shops where two comp dollars equal one regular dollar. At Borgata, you choose when, where, and how to spend Comp Dollars you've earned.
  • How do I earn Comp Dollars? 
    By playing slots, table games, keno, or poker while using your My Borgata Card.
  • When can I use them? 
    Up to 180 days after earning them.
  • Where can I use them? 
    At our restaurants, bars, hotel, spa, salon, barbershop and entertainment. Comp Dollars can also be used at The Cafeteria, retail shops, salon, and barbershop where two comp dollars equal one regular dollar. Comp dollars cannot be used on shopborgata.com.
  • How do I use them? 
    Just show your My Borgata card at any of the locations listed above.

How do I check my Slot and Comp dollar balance?

Sign in to your My Borgata Rewards account online by visiting the My Borgata Rewards page on theborgata.com. Enter your account number and password, and then click on the "Account Balances" tab.

I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?

If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" prompt that is under NEED HELP? on the My Borgata Rewards page. Enter your account number and date of birth and your password will be emailed to you.

I tried to log-in using my email address and I received an error. What am I doing wrong?

It could be possible that we do not have your email address on file. Try using your account number and password to log-in. Once logged in you can add your email address to your profile. If you are still unable to log-in, please call 609.317.1000.

What if I don’t know my account number?

If we have an email address on file for your account, you can login using your email address and password. If you are unsure, please call 609.317.1000 for assistance.

I forgot my password. Can I have it emailed to me?

For your security, passwords can only be reset online if we have your email address on file. Click on the 'forgot password' link located on the My Borgata Rewards log in page. You will then be prompted to submit your email address. A link will be emailed to you to reset your password.

I share an email address with someone else? Can we both log in with the same email address?
No, for added security every account holder must have a unique email address to sign-in. Your offers can still be sent to the shared email address; however each account must have a unique email for login. If you do not wish to create a new email address with your ISP service (AOL, Comcast, Hotmail, Gmail, etc) you can still log-in to My Borgata Rewards with your account number. 

I tried to login and am getting the error message "account locked." How do I unlock my account?

I am an existing My Borgata Rewards Cardholder but have never logged in to my account online. How do I access my account and create a password?

Fill in the required fields on the Account Activation page. Once you click " Activate" you will be sent an email with a link to complete the activation process.

What browsers are compatible with the new My Borgata Rewards website?

The site works best with Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome. AOL users please note we recommend that, after establishing your internet connection through AOL, you open another browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. All features will work properly and your browser should be able to maintain your signed-on status.



How do I get to Borgata and The Water Club?
Borgata and The Water Club are situated in a prime East Coast location - just 120 miles south of New York City and 60 miles east of Philadelphia. Can I get to The Water Club from Borgata?

Yes. Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa is just steps away from The Water Club. Customers can effortlessly travel between the sophisticated comforts of The Water Club and the endless excitement of Borgata gaming, restaurants and nightlife.

Where do I park for Borgata and The Water Club? Is there a cost?

Borgata offers valet parking and self parking at a cost of $5 per visit.  The Water Club exclusively offers valet parking for our customers. Valet is located at the entrance to The Water Club and is $10 per visit.

How can I arrange limousine services to/from Borgata?

How do I purchase tickets for a show or event at Borgata?
The easiest way to purchase tickets for a show or event at Borgata is through our website.  Many of our shows offer our “pick your seat” option so you will be able to choose the seats that work best for you. If you need assistance with your ticketing purchase please call our ticketing support number 866.900.4849. Selecting the Print at Home option (only available when you purchase your tickets online) allows you to go right to the showroom the night of the show. 

What time does the Box Office open and what will I need to pick up my tickets?

The Box Office opens by 3pm every day. If you selected Will Call as your delivery option and you purchased your tickets over the phone or on our website you have two convenient options to pick up your tickets. We have two kiosks, one conveniently located in the retail area as you enter from the self park garage at Borgata and one at our Box Office. The day of the show you simply need to swipe the credit card you used to purchase your tickets and the tickets will be quickly dispensed. If you prefer to pick up your tickets at our Box Office you need to present the original credit card you used to purchase your tickets and valid photo ID.

Gift Cards

Can I purchase gift cards with my Comp Dollars?
No, Comp Dollars cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Can I use my gift card towards gaming credits?

Yes. Redeem your Borgata gift card for SLOT DOLLARS® at the My Borgata Center, open daily 9AM – 9PM.

What do I do if I lose my gift card?

Borgata is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Do gift cards expire?

No, Borgata Gift Cards do not expire.

Fly Borgata Charter Program

How do I qualify for the Fly Borgata program?
By using your My Borgata Card while playing slots and table games to meet the minimum criteria requirements. If you have not received an offer, call 609.317.7878 to see if you qualify.

Can I redeem my other Borgata promotional offers on the same weekend I fly on a Fly Borgata charter offer?
A Fly Borgata VIP Specialist will confirm available offers when you book your flight. All promotional offers are valid with exception of date specific Bonus SLOT DOLLARS®. Date specific Bonus SLOT DOLLARS® are excluded for the duration of your Fly Borgata trip.

What is included in my Fly Borgata offer?
Round-trip air on an exclusive VIP Jet, ground transportation and a complimentary room.

Can I participate in more than one Fly Borgata charter flight?
Yes. If you have offers for multiple dates or cities you can participate in all offers.

Do I get airline tickets prior to departure?
No. However, you will receive a confirmation letter and participant agreement prior to your trip date. To check-in for the flight, present valid identification at your designated airport ticket counter.

Can I give my Fly Borgata offer to friends or family?
No. The charter guest that received the offer must book the reservation. See Tour Participant Agreement for complete offer information.

Are my Comp Dollars used if I travel on a Fly Borgata flight?

Can I use my Comp Dollars to pay for seats on a flight?
Only credit cards are accepted to purchase seats.

Are there any additional fees associated with a Fly Borgata offer?
There are no baggage fees. There is a $20 administrative fee per passenger that will be charged at the time of booking.

Can wheelchairs and/or motorized scooters be taken onto the aircraft?
Yes, wheelchairs and/or motorized scooters can be stored on the aircraft. However, your Fly Borgata VIP Specialist will need to be informed prior to arrival that this assistance will be needed.

Can wheelchair assistance be provided at the Atlantic City Airport?
Yes, wheelchair assistance can be provided upon request at the Atlantic City Airport. Simply inform the Fly Borgata VIP Specialist while booking your charter reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation prior to 14 days of the flight arrival date will result in no cancellation fee. See Tour Participant Agreement for complete cancellation policy.
