What is the Occupancy Fee?
The State of New Jersey imposes a fee of $5.00 on every casino hotel room booked in Atlantic City.
What is the Resort Fee?
A $10 dollar nightly fee is charged to each guestroom. This resort fee allows guests a seamless basic WiFi connection throughout property as well as complimentary access to the fitness center. We are proud to offer the best amenities with one of the lowest Resort Fees in the Atlantic City market. Effective January 4, 2016.
Can I change or cancel a hotel reservation online?
No, at this time reservations cannot be changed or cancelled online. Please call 609.317.1000 for assistance. We welcome your call 24 hours a day.
Do I need to provide my credit card information to book a hotel reservation?
Yes, a credit card is required to book all reservations at Borgata and The Water Club. Online transactions are processed through a secure server, which encrypts the credit card information, protecting your information from being disclosed to third parties. If you prefer to provide your information directly to one of our Customer Care Representative, they can be reached 24-hours a day at 609.317.1000.
What is Borgata and The Water Club's cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by 9 pm prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made after 9 pm will be charged the first night's room and tax. To cancel a reservation, call 609.317.1000. This policy will also appear on your confirmation email.
If I don't arrive at the hotel as scheduled will I incur any penalties?
A one night deposit is charged at the time of reservation. Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation you must do so no later than 9pm the day prior to your arrival so that you do not forfeit your deposit.
Do you offer special rates to groups?
To be considered a group booking you must reserve 11 or more rooms. Please contact our sales department to make arrangements for your group. They can also be reached via e-mail at email@example.com
or by calling 609.317.7729 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Special rates may be available for groups with 50 or more rooms.
Do you offer any other discounts?
Sunday - Thursday we offer AAA/AARP and Government discounts, excluding holidays and blackout dates. Please call 609.317.1000 to check for availability of those rates.
What are the check in/out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm Monday-Saturday, 5:00 pm on Sunday. Check-out is required by 11:00am.
Do you have a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
Yes, customers must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a hotel room.
Can I reserve connecting rooms?
Both Borgata and The Water Club have a limited number of connecting rooms. Requests can be made by calling 609.317.1000.
Can I bring alcohol in to Borgata or The Water Club?
Alcoholic beverages brought into the hotel for personal consumption will be limited to one six (6) pack of beer or one bottle of wine per hotel room. Liquor used to make mixed drinks will not be allowed into the hotel. Customers are permitted to bring only "personal size coolers" to their rooms.
Are babysitting services available?
Babysitting services are available. Please contact the concierge desk for specific details at least 48 hours prior to your arrival for more information.
Are pets permitted at Borgata or The Water Club?
No, pets are not permitted, however Service animals are permitted to accompany customers. Please call 609.317.1000 for more information.
What services do you offer to those who have special needs or disabilities?
Both Borgata and The Water Club have rooms designed to cater to meet special needs. Room features may include wider doorways, lowered light switches, support bars in the bathroom, closed caption televisions and door beacons. TTY is available upon request. Scooters and Wheelchairs are also available.

Do Borgata and The Water Club offer internet access?
Yes, both Borgata and The Water Club offer internet access.
Are The Water Club amenities open to the public and customers of Borgata?
The Shoppes, the Sunroom Lounge and Immersion are available to the public. All other amenities, including the Pools, are exclusively for customers staying at The Water Club.
Does The Water Club offer casino gaming?
The Water Club does not offer casino gaming, however casino action is mere steps away centrally located for enjoyment by The Water Club and Borgata customers.
Are there pools at The Water Club and Borgata?
Yes, Borgata offers an indoor pool with a large outside garden terrace for the enjoyment of both customers staying at Borgata and The Water Club. The pool at Borgata is available to customers upon acceptance of their room key and until the pool closes on the day of departure. The Water Club offers two indoor and two outdoor pools, each offering a distinct experience with comfortable lounge chairs. Access to these pools is exclusive to registered hotel guests of The Water Club 21 years of age or older effective. These pools are available for use after 3:00pm on day of arrival Sunday-Friday, after 4:00pm on day of arrival on Saturday, and until the pools close on day of departure. A valid room key and wristband will be required. The lap pool at Immersion Spa at The Water Club is accessible to customers of Immersion only.
How do I find something I've lost or forgotten?
Assistance in finding a lost or forgotten item is available at the Security Podium on the Casino floor. Hours of operation are 9 am - 4 pm daily. Contact a helpful Lost and Found team member at 609.317.7443.
Do you require an authorization on my credit card for incidentals?
Yes, a major credit card is required at the time of check-in. Your credit card will be authorized for $150 for each night of your stay to care for any incidentals that you may charge back to your room such as dining or spa services.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on the availability of the hotel. Please check with the Front Desk at the time of your arrival to determine if a room is available. Our Bell Staff will be happy to hold your luggage until your room is available. Before retiring for the night please press the Front Desk button on your telephone to determine if a late check is available.
