What is the State Casino Occupancy Fee?
The State of New Jersey imposes a daily fee of $3.00 on every occupied casino hotel room in Atlantic City.

What is the Tourism Promotion Fee?
The State of New Jersey imposes a daily fee of $2.00, plus applicable taxes, on every casino hotel room occupied in Atlantic City.

What is the Resort Fee?
A $15 dollar daily fee, plus applicable taxes, is charged to each occupied guestroom. This resort fee allows guests a seamless basic WiFi connection throughout property as well as complimentary access to Pump Room for Borgata guests, and the Fitness Center at Immersion Spa for The Water Club guests. We are proud to offer the best amenities with one of the lowest Resort Fees in the Atlantic City market.

Can I change or cancel a hotel reservation online?
No, at this time reservations cannot be changed or cancelled online. Please call 609.317.1000 for assistance. We welcome your call 24 hours a day.

Do I need to provide my credit card information to book a hotel reservation?
Yes, a credit card is required to book all reservations at Borgata and The Water Club. Online transactions are processed through a secure server, which encrypts the credit card information, protecting your information from being disclosed to third parties. If you prefer to provide your information directly to one of our Customer Care Representatives, they can be reached 24-hours a day at 609.317.1000.

What is Borgata and The Water Club's cancellation policy?
Cancellations for reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the check-in time of 4pm on your scheduled arrival date. If notice of cancellation is received less than 48 hours before 4pm on your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room and tax will be assessed, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy will also appear on your confirmation email.

If I don't arrive at the hotel as scheduled will I incur any penalties?
A one night deposit covering the first night's room and tax is charged at the time of reservation. Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, you must do so no later than 48 hours prior to your check-in time of 4pm so that you do not forfeit the deposit amount.

Can I request an early check-in?
Early Check-in can be requested at the time of booking you may select "guaranteed early check-in" which is 12:00 p.m. A “guaranteed early check in” fee applies, and is charged upon arrival.

Can I request a late check-out?
Late check-outs are based on the availability of the hotel. Please check with the Front Desk at the time of your arrival to determine if a room is available. Our Bell Staff will be happy to hold your luggage until your room is available. Before retiring for the night please press the Front Desk button on your telephone to determine if a late check is available.

Do you offer special rates to groups?
To be considered a group booking you must reserve 11 or more rooms. Please contact our sales department to make arrangements for your group. They can also be reached via e-mail at meetings@theborgata.com or by calling 609.317.7729 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Special rates may be available for groups with 50 or more rooms.

Do you offer any other discounts?
Sunday - Thursday we offer AAA/AARP and Government discounts, excluding holidays and blackout dates. Please call 609.317.1000 to check for availability of those rates.

What are the check in/out times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm Monday-Saturday, 5:00 pm on Sunday. Check-out is required by 11:00am.

Do you have a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?
Yes, customers must be at least 21 years of age to reserve a hotel room.

Can I reserve connecting rooms?
Both Borgata and The Water Club have a limited number of connecting rooms. Requests can be made by calling 609.317.1000.

Can I bring alcohol in to Borgata or The Water Club?
Alcoholic beverages brought into the hotel for personal consumption will be limited to one six (6) pack of beer or one bottle of wine per hotel room. Liquor used to make mixed drinks will not be allowed into the hotel. Customers are permitted to bring only "personal size coolers" to their rooms.

Are babysitting services available?
Borgata can recommend and provide contact information for babysitting services provided by a third party. Please contact the concierge desk for specific details at least 48 hours prior to your arrival for more information.

Are pets permitted at Borgata or The Water Club?
Pets are not permitted. Service dogs that are individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are permitted. All service dogs must be registered at the time of the reservation and confirmed at the time of check-in. For additional information, please contact Customer Care at 609.317.1000.

Do Borgata and The Water Club offer internet access?
Yes, both Borgata and The Water Club offer internet access.

Does The Water Club offer casino gaming?
The Water Club does not offer casino gaming, however casino action is mere steps away centrally located for enjoyment by The Water Club and Borgata customers.

Are there pools at The Water Club and Borgata?
All Hotel Pools, other than the Borgata Indoor Pool, are temporarily closed until further notice. Borgata apologizes for any inconvenience.

How do I find something I've lost or forgotten?
Assistance in finding a lost or forgotten item is available at the Security Podium on the Casino floor. Hours of operation are 9 am - 4 pm daily. Contact a helpful Lost and Found team member at 609.317.7443.

Do you require an authorization on my credit card for incidentals?
Yes, a major credit card is required at the time of check-in. Your credit card will be authorized for $150 for each night of your stay to care for any incidentals that you may charge back to your room such as dining or spa services.

What if I need to send or receive a package while I am staying in the hotel?

What services do you offer to those who have special needs or disabilities?

Both Borgata and The Water Club have rooms designed to cater to meet special needs. Room features may include HARC Room Valet, roll-in shower & shower seat, wider doorways, lowered light switches, support bars in the bathroom, closed caption televisions and door beacons. TTY is available upon request. Scooters and wheelchairs are also available.

What are my dining options?
Borgata and The Water Club host four fine dining restaurants including Angeline by Michael Symon, Izakaya by Michael Schulson, Old Homestead Steak House and Bobby Flay Steak. Click here to learn more.

How do I make a dining reservation?
You can make your fine dining reservation online or call Customer Care at 609.317.1000. Dining reservations are accepted at the Borgata's fine dining restaurants Angeline by Michael Symon, Izakaya by Michael Schulson, Old Homestead Steakhouse and Bobby Flay Steak.

Can I change or cancel a dining reservation online?
No, at this time reservations cannot be changed or cancelled online. Please call 609.317.1000 for assistance.
 

Spa

Immersion Spa is temporarily unavailable. Showers, locker rooms, and wet lounges such as hot tubs and steam rooms will remain closed.

What is offered at Spa Toccare at Borgata?
Spa Toccare is located on the 2nd floor of Borgata. Here, you will find a European spa with 31 treatment rooms and a full service hair salon and barbershop. Spend an hour or the day, Spa Toccare will revitalize you with relaxing treatments guaranteed to renew and refresh. Appointments for non-hotel guests are based on availability.  Customers must be at least 18 years of age to book a spa appointment. Click here to learn more.

What is offered at Immersion Spa At The Water Club?

Immersion, our two story spa in the sky is located on the 32nd floor. Here, you'll find 360 degrees of floor-to-ceiling water views and treatments tailored to loosen tension. Immersion's 16 indulging experience rooms offer a wide variety of comprehensive spa services including luxury skin care, conditioning body wraps & scrubs, ayurvedic therapies and multiple massage modalities. World-class service from our highly skilled and attentive team will allow you to spoil yourself in both refreshing and exotic ways. Do I have to be a customer at The Water Club to use Immersion Spa?

No. Immersion is available to customers of both The Water Club and Borgata. Customers who are not registered at either The Water Club or Borgata are welcome to book experience appointments based upon availability.

What is the Spa cancellation policy?

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so by 9pm the evening before your appointment. There is a 100% charge for cancellations later than 9pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment experience time will be shortened accordingly; and you will be responsible for payment in full. If you arrive more than five minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and the appropriate fee applied to your credit card. Cancellations for groups require 72 hours notice.

Do you have a workout facility?

Both Borgata and The Water Club offer a complete workout facility which is available to our guests. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to use the workout facility. Appropriate gym attire, including athletic, closed-toe, rubber soled shoes and shirts are required.

Do I have access to the pools at Borgata or The Water Club?
The Borgata Indoor Pool and Gardens area is available to registered customers of Borgata and The Water Club.  The presence of a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years of age is required. The Water Club Indoor and Outdoor Pools and the Borgata Outdoor Pool are restricted to guests 21 years of age or older. Effective June 15, guests of Borgata and The Water Club, 21 years of age or older, are welcome to enjoy both the Borgata Outdoor Pool and The Water Club Indoor and Outdoor Pools.

No, for added security every account holder must have a unique email address to sign in. Your offers can still be sent to the shared email address; however each account must have a unique email for login.

I am an existing M life Rewards member but have never logged in to my account online. How do I access my account and create a password?

Fill in the required fields on the Account Activation page. Once you click " Activate" you will be sent an email with a link to complete the activation process.

What browsers are compatible with the new M life Rewards website?

The site works best with Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but is compatiable with Internet Explorer.

How do I get to Borgata and The Water Club?
Borgata and The Water Club are situated in a prime East Coast location - just 120 miles south of New York City and 60 miles east of Philadelphia. The Water Club is 20 minutes from the Atlantic City International Airport and easily accessible by airplane, train, bus, and car. Can I get to The Water Club from Borgata?

Yes. Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa is just steps away from The Water Club. Customers can effortlessly travel between the sophisticated comforts of The Water Club and the endless excitement of Borgata gaming, restaurants and nightlife.

Where do I park for Borgata and The Water Club? Is there a cost?

Borgata offers valet parking at a cost of $10 per visit. All MVP, Gold, Platinum, and NOIR M life Rewards Members receive complimentary valet parking every day of the week. A $5 parking fee applies for Pearl M life Rewards Members to valet. Customers can also park in the self park garage or the North Entrance Surface Parking Lot for $5 per visit. All MVP, Pearl, Gold, Platinum, and NOIR M life Rewards Members receive complimentary self parking. The Water Club Valet is closed.

Does Borgata have a car charging station?

Yes. Borgata offers car charging stations at the Borgata Valet (6 Tesla Destination chargers) and The Water Club Valet (2 Tesla Destination chargers) for guests, free of charge. Guests are asked to simply advise the valet ticket issuer that they would like to have their vehicle charged. Borgata always suggests guests bring their own charging cord in case of emergency.

Shows/Events

How do I purchase tickets for a show or event at Borgata?
The easiest way to purchase tickets for a show or event at Borgata is through our website.  Many of our shows offer our “pick your seat” option so you will be able to choose the seats that work best for you. If you need assistance with your ticketing purchase please call our ticketing support number 800.298.4200. Selecting the Print at Home option (only available when you purchase your tickets online) allows you to go right to the showroom the night of the show. 

What time does the Box Office open and what will I need to pick up my tickets?

The Box Office opens by 3pm every day. If you selected Will Call as your delivery option and you purchased your tickets over the phone or on our website you have two convenient options to pick up your tickets. We have two kiosks, one conveniently located in the retail area as you enter from the self park garage at Borgata and one at our Box Office. The day of the show you simply need to swipe the credit card you used to purchase your tickets and the tickets will be quickly dispensed. If you prefer to pick up your tickets at our Box Office you need to present the original credit card you used to purchase your tickets and valid photo ID.
 

Gift Cards

Can a Borgata Gift Card be purchased?
As of October 13, 2020, Borgata gift cards are no longer available for purchase.

Where can MGM Resorts Gift Cards be purchased?
MGM Gift Cards can be purchased at third party partners such as Target and Amazon.com, in-person at all U.S. MGM Resorts properties, or online. Guests may also purchase an MGM Gift Card in person at Borgata's Concierge Desk or Spa Toccare.

Where can MGM Resorts Gift Cards be redeemed?
Guests may use MGM Resorts Gift Cards at Borgata's participating retail locations or at other MGM Resorts destinations participating locations.

Can I purchase an MGM Gift Card with my Express Comps™?
No, Express Comps cannot be used to purchase an MGM Gift Card.

Are existing Borgata Gift Cards still valid?
All previously purchased Borgata Gift Cards will be honored at our participating outlets at Borgata.

Can Borgata Gift Cards be converted into an MGM Gift Card?
No. Previously purchased Borgata Gift Cards must be used at participating outlets at Borgata only.

Can I return my Borgata gift card and receive a refund?
No. We are unable to refund previously purchased Borgata gift cards.

Can Borgata Gift Cards be used towards gaming credits?
As of September 21, 2020 Borgata Gift Cards can no longer be converted into SLOT DOLLARS®.

What do I do if I have a lost or stolen Borgata Gift Card or MGM Gift Card?
Contact Customer Care at 609.317.1000 for a possible replacement. Replacement of lost or stolen Borgata Gift Card is not guaranteed. Borgata is not responsible for lost or stolen Borgata gift cards.

If the guest suspects that someone has copied, lost or stolen their MGM Gift Card, they should contact Customer Support online or call 877.596.2317 immediately. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without card number and proof of purchase. Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

Do Borgata Gift Cards or MGM Gift Cards expire?
No, Borgata Gift Cards do not expire but are null and void after 5 years of inactivity. Any unused funds will be returned to the original purchaser.

There is an expiration date on the back of each MGM Card; this is when the plastic expires. However, funds on your gift card never expire. If funds remain on the card after the expiration date, please call 877.596.2317 to have a replacement card issued and mailed to you at no cost.

How can I check available balance on my Borgata Gift Card or MGM Gift Card?
Call 609.317.1000 or visit the M life Desk at Borgata to check the balance of your previously purchased Borgata Gift Card.

Fly Borgata Charter Program

How do I qualify for the Fly Borgata program?
By using your M life Rewards Card while playing slots and table games to meet the minimum criteria requirements. If you have not received an offer, call 609.317.7878 to see if you qualify.

Can I redeem my other Borgata promotional offers on the same weekend I fly on a Fly Borgata charter offer?
A Fly Borgata VIP Specialist will confirm available offers when you book your flight. All promotional offers are valid with exception of date specific Bonus SLOT DOLLARS®. Date specific Bonus SLOT DOLLARS® are excluded for the duration of your Fly Borgata trip.

What is included in my Fly Borgata offer?
Round-trip air on an exclusive VIP Jet, ground transportation and a complimentary room.

Can I participate in more than one Fly Borgata charter flight?
Yes. If you have offers for multiple dates or cities you can participate in all offers.

Do I get airline tickets prior to departure?
No. However, you will receive a confirmation letter and participant agreement prior to your trip date. To check-in for the flight, present valid identification at your designated airport ticket counter.

Can I give my Fly Borgata offer to friends or family?
No. The charter guest that received the offer must book the reservation. See Tour Participant Agreement for complete offer information.

What number do I call to reserve my offer?
Call 609.317.7878 to speak with a Fly Borgata VIP Specialist.

What information will I need to book my offer?

A valid credit card, full name as it appears on identification, date of birth and gender for each traveling participant.

Are my Comp Dollars used if I travel on a Fly Borgata flight?
Comp Dollars are not deducted for Fly Borgata travel.

Can I use my Express Comps™ to pay for seats on a flight?
Only credit cards are accepted to purchase seats.

Are there any additional fees associated with a Fly Borgata offer?
There are no baggage fees. There is a $20 administrative fee per passenger that will be charged at the time of booking.

Can wheelchairs and/or motorized scooters be taken onto the aircraft?
Yes, wheelchairs and/or motorized scooters can be stored on the aircraft. However, your Fly Borgata VIP Specialist will need to be informed prior to arrival that this assistance will be needed.

Can wheelchair assistance be provided at the Atlantic City Airport?
Yes, wheelchair assistance can be provided upon request at the Atlantic City Airport. Simply inform the Fly Borgata VIP Specialist while booking your charter reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation prior to 14 days of the flight arrival date will result in no cancellation fee. See Tour Participant Agreement for complete cancellation policy.
