In compliance with Governor Murphy’s order, Borgata has temporarily suspended operations. We will reopen as soon as it is appropriate and safe to do so.
All hotel/dining reservations, casino/poker promotions, daily poker tournaments and events have been canceled as a result.

M life Rewards® Member Update
M life Rewards Tier Status, whether NOIR, Platinum, Gold or
Pearl, you earned in 2019 or in 2020, will be extended through January 31, 2022. We are also changing our earning year to January 1 - December 31 from what's historically been October 1 - September 30, extending your benefits an additional three months and
moving to an easier to understand and track calendar earning year.
Certain M life Rewards offers like promotions, events and entertainment will expire or be cancelled
during the time we are closed. We are working on rescheduling these and other offers and will
communicate new dates to you soon.
Winners of Bonus SLOT DOLLARS® Rewards awarded as part of a sweepstakes at Borgata may claim any unused and expired portion of the prize for up to 180 days at the M life desk upon reopening.
Due to Borgata's mandated closure, and to give you the opportunity to use your Slot Dollars at Borgata once we reopen, no earned Slot Dollars will expire from your account until August 2020.
Additionally, we don’t want you to miss out on redeeming any Points or Express Comps that may expire during the closures. As a result, we have suspended Points and Express Comps expirations through September 30, 2020.

The health and well-being of our guests and employees is, as always, our top priority. Due to these concerns, Borgata has announced the cancellation of: MGM Resorts East Coast Poker Tour, Borgata Summer Poker Open, Borgata Poker Open and WPT®
Borgata Poker Open Championship.
Sports Betting Transactions Update
Customers who have placed bets on an individual or upcoming game and/or event that is ultimately canceled or one that has already been canceled will receive a full refund.
For bets placed at Moneyline Bar & Book or the Race & Sports Book at Borgata, guests can bring their bet slips back to either location upon reopening to receive a refund. Tickets can also be redeemed by mail. The instructions and mailing address appears on the backside of wagering tickets.
For bets placed within the BetMGM or Borgata Sports mobile app, customers have been refunded for games that have already been canceled.
Upcoming EventS Update
Borgata apologizes for any inconvenience this causes ticket holders.
- CANCELLED: Orders purchased for cancelled events with a credit card will be refunded automatically to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for this refund to reflect with your financial institution.

- RESCHEDULED: Tickets will automatically be valid for the new performance date, no action needed. Should you not be able to attend, you may request a refund in full within 30 days of the new show date being announced at point of purchase, subject to their terms. Notification to ticket holders will begin on May 1 and include detailed instructions on how to obtain your refund. If your event had been rescheduled prior to May 1, your 30-day refund opportunity will commence upon notification. For assistance with event ticket refunds, please call 866.900.4849.
- POSTPONED: If your event has been postponed, hold on to your ticket as you will be able to attend the rescheduled date with your existing reservation. Notification to ticket holders will be issued as soon as a new date has been confirmed. If 60 days has passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled date has been announced, a 30-day window for refunds will commence. Detailed instructions on how to obtain your refund will be provided at that time.
